Return and Refund Policy

Software Return Policy
All sales on Downloadable software are final and will not be refundable. Only defective software may be returned. All returns must take place within 30 days from date of purchase and may only be exchanged for the SAME item. If the wrong font format is ordered it can be easily exchanged, you may contact the Font Diner by submitting a Comment Card for further instructions on software returns.

Merchandise Return Policy
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after invoice date. Ship returns to: Font Diner Returns, 3224 Anric Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Include with the returned merchandise your reason for return or exchange and your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on your order invoice. To request and RMA number, submit a Comment Card.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise instructed by the Font Diner. Please use a shipping company that can track packages, as the Font Diner is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Once your merchandise has arrived and been processed a credit will be applied to your credit card or new merchandise will be shipped.

Downloadable Software
After credit card is approved, software will be available for download immediately as well as an HTML link e-mailed to you. If you do not receive access to font software download area within 30 minutes please contact the Font Diner.

Merchandise and Software
All packages will be shipped via the US Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Merchandise will be shipped within 10 (ten) business days from date order is received.

Privacy Statement

Font Diner is the sole owner of the information it gathers on its site. Font Diner will not share any of your information with any outside party without your explicit consent unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our Web site.
